All products are shipped from Kismet By Destiny store located in the United States.

Please give all United States orders 2 business days to process, and 3-5 business days to ship. Free shipping is available for orders of  3 or more items. 

Missing Merchandise

If items are found to be missing from your order, please report it to us immediately or with 24 hours of receiving your order. Send invoice number and full order list to destiny@kismetbydestiny.com

No Refunds or Returns

Damaged or Defective Items 

If any product is found to be damaged, defective or not functioning properly please contact us via email within 48 hours. You will need to return the defective or damaged items in the original packaging.

Jewelry is very delicate and should be handled with care. Kismet by destiny would like to educate you about jewelry care.

-Avoid contact with perfume, Lotions and other chemicals.

-When not in use, store jewelry in a clean dry place. (jewelry Box)

-Take off jewelry before swimming, exercising, showering and sleeping
